Natural LOC Method Hair Products
The LOC method system is based on the theory that strategically layering water and oil based products in a specific order is the best way to achieve lasting moisture in hair especially prone to dryness. The L.O.C. in the name is an acronym for: L = Leave-in (water-based moisture), O = Oil (sealant), C = Cream (moisture reinforcement).
Hair Porosity:
High porosity hair readily takes up moisture and releases it just as quickly. Some telltale signs that your hair is highly porous are hair breakage and a readiness to absorb water in the shower.
Low porosity hair is characterized by tight cuticles and a dry feel even in water. Hair that lacks porosity will cause water to bead up on top of it in the shower. Heavy products tend to sit on top of the strands rather than being absorbed into them.
Both low and high porosity hair will be very dry as a result as neither hair type adequately retains moisture on its own. Layering the right products to deliver water via a conditioner first, then an oil occlusive to seal in that moisture, followed by extra layers of water and oil in a cream can maximize moisture retention and combat moisture loss.

Moringa Tree Conditioning Ghee description:
- Use as a lightweight leave-in conditioner to soften, smooth and elongate hair
- Use to soften and detangle thin, fine hair
- Apply to plait or twists to loosen and avoid tangles when unraveling
- Use as a light styler on wet or dry hair before blow drying, twisting or braiding. Helps elongate kinks and coils and enhances your natural curl pattern
Coconut & Green Tea Softening Serum description:
- Use as a sealing serum to lock-in moisture and add sheen to thin, fine loose hair.
- Use as your take down oil for twists and braids for smooth, frizz-free definition.
Burdock Root Butter Cream description:
Thoroughly distribute throughout wet, damp or dry hair to infuse weightless, lasting moisture into thin, fine and low porosity hair. Combats breakage and dryness by retaining moisture and keeping hair soft and supple, without causing buildup.
