Website Payment: We accept American Express, Visa, Discover, Mastercard and Paypal payments through our secure server.

Credit Card Billing: After order placement, a payment request will be sent to your card issuing bank. This will prompt your bank to set aside those funds via a pending hold. This is not a funds withdrawal. This process verifies that you have sufficient funds available to cover the merchandise & shipping costs. This hold automatically expires (falls off) within 2-5 business days depending on your banks policies. Once the hold falls off, the funds will again appear in your account. Your credit card will not be debited until after your package has shipped except in cases where an order adjustment is requested. If you would prefer an immediate withdrawal of funds from your account, please notify us as soon as possible before or after order placement.

Paypal Billing: Paypal's billing is immediate and subject to Paypal's billing terms.

Paypal's Pay Later: About Pay in 4⁣Domestic Shipping: We ship most orders using USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation to the shipping address the customer provides on the Qhemet Biologics checkout page. Please note that while the standard USPS Priority Mail delivery schedule is 2-3 business days, this is provided as an estimate only, it is not a guarantee. Please contact USPS or your local post office to verify their Priority Mail policy. Priority Mail deliveries may be substantially delayed during the holiday season. USPS does not deliver mail on Federal holidays or when Post Offices are closed due to national disasters, inclement weather or other extenuating circumstances.

Free Domestic Shipping: If your order qualifies for free shipping and you select the free shipping option, your order may ship using a variety of carriers. Delivery times may also vary based on the carrier used.

Partial Shipments: If one or more items in your order are delayed or on backorder and you paid using a credit card, you will be billed for the entire order when the partial order ships. The remaining items in your order will ship separately when restocked.

Return Addresses on Shipping Labels: Some of the packages we ship to you will contain shipping labels that bear either one or the other return addresses shown below. The return address is found in the upper left corner of the shipping label.

International Shipping: We ship via various international shipping couriers to a limited number of countries to the shipping address provided by the customer. Domestic and international carriers do not deliver mail on holidays or when the couriers are closed due to national disasters, inclement weather or other extenuating circumstances. Standard time in transit to the receiving country is approximately 7-10 business days. However, once a package arrives in a country, delivery may be delayed by customs for up to several days or months. Qhemet has no control over customs delays and cannot expedite the release of packages from customs. International packages are delivered to your door by your local courier. Please monitor the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email to keep track of the location of your package. The customer is responsible for all import, duty, customs, clearance and VAT fees levied by the receiving government and/or courier. Our fees are based on those charged by the U.S. courier only.

Coupons, Discounts, Special Offers: Our coupons and coupon codes cannot be combined or used with another coupon or coupon code. Coupons cannot be applied to orders placed on other websites or at brick & mortar retailers.

One free QB Mini with an order: To receive one free QB mini with your order, you must select one mini from either the QB Minis page or the QB Minis popup window at checkout. The cost of the one free mini will be automatically deducted at checkout so no coupon code is required. Please note that to receive your free QB Mini, you must add it to your order, it will not be selected separately by us for you and added to your order later and it will not be shipped separately after your order has been submitted. Only one mini will be free when added to an order containing other products, including additional minis. Our free mini offer is only available if the mini appears on the QB Minis page. If a mini is listed as sold out on the QB Minis page and/or no minis appear in the QB minis menu at checkout, you will not be able to add that mini to your order. Sold out minis cannot sent to you separately when restocked. Once restocked, a previously unavailable mini cannot added for free to a new order that already contains a free mini.

Sale Terms & Restrictions: Sale start and finish times are based on the United States Eastern time zone clock. Our sales do not extend to other retailers that carry Qhemet products. Sale offers cannot be applied to purchases made before or after the sale's time parameters. Sale offers only extend to countries within our shipping zone. Sale offers are applicable only while supplies last. To qualify for any free shipping offer, your order subtotal must reach or exceed the qualifying amount AFTER application of any applicable coupons and discounts (but excluding sales tax). To apply a free shipping offer to your qualifying order, select free shipping in the drop down menu on the checkout page.

Lead Time: Following placement of your order, please allow approximately 1-5 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment. Orders are shipped based on product availability and place in the order queue. Lead times during sales may be extended. A shipping confirmation notice is e-mailed after orders are shipped. If you do not receive one, please check your spam folder and/or adjust your e-mail filter settings. USPS Priority Mail does not shorten order processing time, it only shortens delivery time.

Shipping Insurance and Signature Confirmation: USPS Priority Mail now offers limited insurance coverage against loss or damage. In order to keep customer shipping costs down, shipments are not automatically insured for more than 50.00. Qhemet Biologics is not responsible for events outside of our control such as packages damaged, lost, tampered with, rifled through or misdirected by USPS or stolen by a third party after delivery.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled at any point prior to shipping. Once an order has shipped, the sale is considered final and cannot be canceled.

Refunds & Returns: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We do not guarantee results as hair and skin can respond differently to different products. If you are unsure of how a product will work, order a QB mini first if available. The ingredients in our products are posted on our website. It is up to the customer to avoid ingredients they may be allergic to or sensitive to. Please make sure you are not allergic to or sensitive to any ingredient in our products before purchasing. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges and only issue refunds under the following conditions.

Orders are shipped to the shipping address the customer submits on the Qhemet Biologics checkout page. It's the customers responsibility to insure that all of the information submitted on the checkout page is correct. After an order is placed, the customer will receive an auto-generated order receipt. Please double check your order receipt to insure that the information you submitted is correct. If errors are noted, please contact us immediately via admin@qhemetbiologics.com with your change requests. Once the changes are made, a new order receipt will be sent to the email address submitted. Once an order ships, changes cannot be made and the order cannot be cancelled. We cannot change shipping addresses on orders paid through Paypal as shipping addresses are pulled directly from customers Paypal accounts which are not accessible to us. To change an address in this case, the customer will need to request that their current order be cancelled, update the address in their Paypal account and place a new order.

1. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please email us with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product and we will rectify the matter by either replacing the damaged or incorrect item or issuing you a refund for the cost of the product, whichever you choose.

2. If an order is returned to Qhemet by USPS because of an error on your part such as an inaccurate or insufficient address or failure to claim a package held at the post office, we will issue you a full refund via the original payment method after receipt of the returned package. Please allow up to 6 months to receive the refund.

3. If your order is in the possession of USPS and their tracking record does not indicate that a delivery has been made or attempted, we will file a missing mail claim through the USPS website. This will trigger a search for your package and if found, USPS will deliver it to you. This process may take several weeks. If the USPS investigation fails to locate your package, we will issue you a full refund via the original payment method.

Please note that you will be obligated to either pay for your order or return the unopened package to the Post Office in the event that USPS delivers your order after a refund has been issued as you will be in possession of an order that has not been paid for. To return a package, please write 'refused' across the label and either drop it off at a USPS dropbox or return it to your local post office. You will not be billed for the returned order.

3. If USPS returns your order to us due to an error on our part, you can choose to be fully refunded.

4. If your USPS tracking record states that your order has been delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office to report this issue. To submit a search request for missing or undelivered mail, please follow the directions here.

We do not issue refunds or accept returns or exchanges for items purchased through other vendors and retailers. Items purchased through other vendors and retailers are bound by that vendors or retailers policies.

Claims: No claim of any kind shall be greater in amount than the purchase price of the products in respect of which such damages are claimed, it being understood and agreed that Qhemet Biologic’s maximum liability hereunder is limited to the price you paid for the products in respect of which such damages are claimed. Your failure to give notice of any claim within 119 days after the shipping date shall constitute a waiver by you of all claims in respect of such merchandise. The remedy hereby provided shall be cancelled without liability, but the contract shall otherwise be unaffected.

Refusal of Service: Qhemet Biologics, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at anytime, with or without cause or reason.
